Wedding Planning & Experience Management

Our signature service combines wedding planning, professional coordination and creative direction, providing support from the earliest stages of engagement through to the conclusion of the celebration.

Working closely with our clients and their families, we assist with supplier sourcing and recommendations, quotation reviews, budgeting, venue liaison, planning schedules, guest logistics, accommodation arrangements and timeline development. Throughout the process, we provide ongoing advice and oversight while helping to manage the countless details and decisions involved in bringing a wedding to life.

Beyond planning, we help shape the overall experience through creative direction, design guidance, entertainment recommendations and guest experience development. By combining planning, coordination and creative oversight within a single service, we provide a clear framework that allows our clients to enjoy the journey while remaining confident that every aspect of their celebration is being carefully considered.

90 Day Coordination

Professional oversight during the final stages of planning.

Designed for couples who have already completed much of the planning themselves, this service provides comprehensive support during the final three months leading up to the wedding.

Approximately ninety days before the celebration, we review existing arrangements, identify outstanding requirements and assume responsibility for coordinating suppliers, refining timelines, managing logistics and overseeing the final stages of planning. Our role is to bring structure, clarity and reassurance during one of the most demanding phases of the wedding journey, allowing couples and their families to focus on the excitement of the celebration ahead.

30 Day Coordination

Seamless execution when the planning is complete.

Our 30 Day Coordination service is designed for couples who have already completed the planning process and require professional support to manage the final weeks leading up to the wedding, together with comprehensive coordination on the day itself.

Beginning approximately thirty days before the celebration, we review supplier arrangements, confirm logistical requirements, refine timelines and ensure that all parties involved understand their responsibilities. We become the primary point of contact for suppliers and venue teams, allowing couples and their families to step away from operational responsibilities and focus on enjoying the experience.

On the wedding day, we oversee supplier arrivals, monitor timelines, coordinate key moments and manage the flow of the celebration from setup through to conclusion. Our role is to ensure that the plans already developed are executed professionally, seamlessly and in accordance with the vision established throughout the planning process.

Creative Direction, Styling & Guest Experience

Designing celebrations that feel as meaningful as they look.

Every celebration tells a story, and thoughtful design plays an important role in how that story is experienced and remembered.

Working closely with our clients, families and creative partners, we assist in developing the visual and experiential elements of a celebration. This may include concept development, styling guidance, colour palettes, floral direction, stationery consultation, entertainment recommendations, ceremony layouts and broader guest experience considerations. Our approach extends beyond aesthetics to ensure that every visual and experiential element contributes to a cohesive and meaningful celebration.

From arrival moments and hospitality touches to entertainment, cultural traditions and ceremonial transitions, we carefully consider how guests move through and experience each stage of the celebration. The result is an experience that feels intentional, immersive and reflective of the people at its centre.
